TOO MUCH THINKING
Do you often overreact? Do many problems often cause you to suffer for a long time? Do you find it difficult to overreact to things that hurt you? This article provides answers to those questions. This is the result of overconfidence. Exaggeration can make you ask questions without giving an answer. Exaggerated thinking involves the idea of imagining or imagining things that may appear in the past or in the future. It involves thinking about "I should have been or should not have been and why I didn't have it" in your head for a long time, which would not provide solutions but create a risk to your mental health. Excessive thinking can lead to mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, back pain, low self-esteem, low self-esteem, and poor alertness. To stop thinking too much, here are some ways to get rid of it: Control your thoughts: Be aware of thoughts that wander in your head. Seeing what you think can make you more controlling. Make friends: Associate with people who can help you with unnecessary thoughts in your head. Go to special events, watch movies that will distract you from worrying Celebrate and Reward Yourself: Celebrate all your achievements by doing your best to overcome your mistakes.
